1K paint is a single component coating that does not require mixing with other components. The following is the construction plan for 1K paint:
Surface preparation: Ensure that the construction surface is clean, dry, and free from any grease, dirt, and old paint layers. Use appropriate cleaning agents and tools to clean and ensure a smooth surface.
Sandpaper polishing: Sandpaper polishing is performed on areas or rough surfaces that need to be repaired to obtain a smooth basic surface. Select appropriate sandpaper (such as P120 or P180) for polishing and ensure a smooth surface.
Covering and Protection: Before construction, use appropriate covers and tape to protect the surrounding area to prevent spray paint from splashing onto areas that do not require painting.
Spray application: Use suitable tools such as a spray gun, spray machine, or spray can for spray application. Control the coating thickness and quantity according to the product instructions to ensure uniform coverage and avoid overspray.
Drying time: Wait for sufficient drying time according to the product description. Ensure appropriate ventilation is provided during the drying process to promote the curing and drying of the coating.
Polishing and repair: If necessary, the sprayed surface can be polished and repaired to obtain better gloss and texture.
